Job Summary
The Marketing Communication Manager is a key member of the marketing team, responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing communication strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker who can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and deliver results-driven marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing communication plans that align with the company's overall marketing strategy and business objectives
  • Manage and maintain a consistent brand voice and image across all marketing channels, including social media, email, website, and advertising
  • Create and implement effective marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement
  • Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling content for various marketing channels, including blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, and press releases
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform marketing communication strategies
  • Manage and optimize marketing budgets to ensure maximum ROI
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media partners, influencers, and vendors
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using metrics such as website traffic, social media engagement, and lead generation

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing communications, with a focus on developing and executing marketing campaigns
  • Proven track record of success in driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversion through marketing communications
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including segmentation, targeting, and positioning
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content for various marketing channels
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, such as Marketo or Pardot
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed marketing decisions
  • Experience with project management tools, such as Asana or Trello
