Overview
We are a rapidly growing SaaS startup seeking a highly motivated and experienced Launch Specialist to lead the launch of our innovative interface platform across the USA. Our platform seamlessly integrates logistics platforms with CRM platforms, revolutionizing the way businesses manage their operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive launch strategy to drive business growth, customer acquisition, and market penetration.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for the launch of our SaaS platform across the USA, focusing on key markets, industries, and customer segments.
• Conduct market research to identify target audiences, competitors, and market trends, and use this information to inform the launch strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and effective execution of the launch plan.
• Design and implement a sales strategy to acquire new customers, including identifying and engaging with key decision-makers, building relationships, and closing deals.
• Develop and manage a comprehensive marketing plan, including digital marketing, content creation, social media, and event marketing, to generate buzz and drive leads.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key partners, including logistics and CRM platform providers, to drive integrations and expand our ecosystem.
• Analyze launch performance using key metrics, such as customer acquisition costs, conversion rates, and revenue growth, and adjust the launch strategy accordingly.
• Manage and optimize the launch budget to ensure effective use of resources and maximum ROI.

Requirements
Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in launching SaaS products, preferably in the logistics or CRM space.
• Proven track record of successfully launching products, driving customer acquisition, and growing revenue.

Skills

• Strong understanding of SaaS business models, market trends, and customer needs.
• Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in driving marketing campaigns in social media
