Abstract
Early diagnosis of cancer significantly increases survival rates, yet traditional diagnostic techniques are often limited by accuracy and subjectivity. This research applies deep learning models to analyze large-scale medical imaging datasets, including CT and MRI scans, for early cancer detection. Results demonstrate that AI-powered diagnostic tools can outperform conventional methods in identifying malignant patterns with higher precision and reduced false positives. The study further discusses challenges in clinical integration, data privacy, and regulatory approval, while highlighting the transformative role of AI in future oncology practices.
