### Overview
We are seeking a skilled Performance Testing Engineer to join our team, focusing on ensuring the stability and scalability of our systems under peak conditions. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, executing, and analyzing load, stress, and scalability tests using tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
### Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop load, stress, and scalability test plans and test cases to ensure system stability and performance under peak conditions.
• Execute performance tests using tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or other equivalent tools, and analyze results to identify system bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and operations, to identify performance requirements and ensure that systems meet those requirements.
• Develop and maintain performance testing scripts, test data, and test environments to support ongoing testing efforts.
• Analyze system performance data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, and provide recommendations for performance optimization.
• Develop and maintain performance metrics, benchmarks, and monitoring tools to track system performance over time.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in performance testing, and apply that knowledge to improve testing processes and tools.

### Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in performance testing, load testing, or a related field.
• Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or equivalent.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
- Strong understanding of system performance metrics, including response time, throughput, and resource utilization.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

• Soft Skills:

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
### Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud-based performance testing tools such as AWS Performance Testing or Google Cloud Performance Testing.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Certification in performance testing or a related field.
