Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Junior Java Developer with 3 years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality software applications using Java technologies. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test software applications using Java programming language
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and implement fixes as needed
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for applications and systems
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and new programming languages
• Contribute to the improvement of the overall software development process
• Work closely with QA engineers to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Participate in Agile development methodologies, including sprint planning and retrospectives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 3 years of experience in Java development, with a focus on Java 8 and above
• Strong knowledge of Java programming language, including syntax, semantics, and ecosystem
• Experience with popular Java frameworks and libraries, such as Spring, Hibernate, and Apache Commons
• Familiarity with database management systems, including MySQL, Oracle, and MongoDB
• Understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts and design patterns
• Experience with Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
• Strong problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to analyze complex issues
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or Azure
• Knowledge of containerization using Docker
• Familiarity with DevOps tools, such as Jenkins and GitLab CI/CD
• Experience with front-end development frameworks, such as React or Angular
• Certification in Java development, such as Oracle Certified Java Programmer
